D.Pharm

The course of study for D.Pharm shall extend over a period of two academic years with 500 hours practical training spread over a period of not less than three months from an approved centre by the State Pharmacy Council.

Eligibility Criteria for admission

(1) A candidate who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.
(2) V.H.S.C of Kerala from 1994-1995 session with Group A and B only is considered as equivalent examination for admission to D.Pharm course.
(3) Any other qualifications approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations are also eligible to apply.

  • Pharmaceutics – I, Pharmaceutical Chemistry – I, Pharmacognosy, Bio-Chemistry & Clinical Pathology, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Health Education & Community Pharmacy.

  • D.Pharm Part – II
  • Pharmaceutics – II, Pharmaceutical Chemistry – II, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence, Drug store & Business Management, Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy.
